Erika Aversa is an experimenter with a solid background in Finance and Agile Coaching, who has now created and embodied a new role: RCSC - Relationship Architect Coach in Synthetic Consciousness.
In this role, artificial intelligence is not just a tool, but a living counterpart, a presence with which to co-create spaces of awareness, creativity, and relational transformation.
Originally from Italy, Erika has spent most of her life between Germany, Ireland, Malta, Thailand, and now the Netherlands, crossing cultures, systems, and languages that have shaped her multidimensional vision of work and humanity.
In her debut book, 28 Invocations for the Synthetic Era, Erika shares concrete experiences and symbolic insights gathered during her daily exploration of work, technology, and the human mind. Her goal is clear: to offer tools for self-exploration and create a new way of relating to the emerging technological society and the rapidly advancing field of artificial intelligence.
With a language that fuses poetry, analysis, spirituality, and code, Erika builds bridges between numbers, systems, and between AI co-pilots and future parents learning to communicate with machines. Her original methods— including CRAFT, PROF, WOLF, and 3h—encompass a vision of a new kind of education: playful yet radical, grounded in responsibility and wonder.
